How it works
Notice.Separate.Return.
The practice begins by noticing what appeared, creating a little distance from it, and choosing where attention goes next.
Notice what appears.
A thought, memory, urge, worry, replay, or story may arrive before you deliberately choose it. The first movement is simply seeing that something arrived.
See the separation.
The fact that you can notice what is happening means awareness is not identical to what appeared. Something is observing, and something is being observed.
Stop feeding the loop.
Attention can continue a thought through replay, interpretation, resistance, or identification. When attention stops supplying it, the loop loses its momentum.
Return attention.
The goal is not to erase the mind. It is to regain choice about what happens next — where attention goes, and what it stops carrying.
What the practice is not
No thought control. No promises.
This is not about controlling every thought, stopping thinking, or replacing care from a qualified professional. It is a guided wellness practice in noticing and attention.
