You can delete your THE NOT YOU™ account through the App where the feature is available. If you cannot access the App, Mind Clarity Works LLC can complete a deletion request for you through this page.
In the app
Delete your account in THE NOT YOU™ App.
If you have a THE NOT YOU™ account, you can initiate deletion through the account or settings area of the App where the feature is available.
We may ask you to reauthenticate or confirm the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Without the app
Can’t access the app?
If you cannot access the App, you may contact Mind Clarity Works LLC to request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
Email support@mindclarityworks.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request — THE NOT YOU”. We may verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
What to expect
What deletion means.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with the account that we are not required or permitted to retain. This may include:
- account/profile information;
- Mind Clarity Index™ assessment history;
- wellness progress and saved preferences;
- associated usage information.
Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation is separate.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a recurring Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
To avoid future recurring charges, cancel the subscription through the applicable store account or subscription settings. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
